Since Ari Fleischer called for Helen Thomas to be fired she has been "retired." it's time we call out 1) Ari Fleischer for his lies & 2) bigots who are allowed to get away with it. Please add examples & links of bigotry people haven't apologized for.

What Helen Thomas said was insensitive and unfortunate. The response, however, was also problematic. For one, why does Ari Fleischer have the moral authority to condemn anyone? It's pretty likely that Fleischer, who I'm sure was genuinely offended, was also motivated by a desire to get back at Thomas, who was one of the only journalists to ever school him.

And secondly, where is the outrage over the bigoted remarks made by others, especially when they are not aimed at Jews? Or, where is the outrage when they are made by right wingers like Pat Buchanan?

So please contribute any statements made by people who have offered no apology and please have a link so nobody can call us a bunch of lying anti-Semites (or, in my case, a self loathing Jew). They'll have to call us a bunch of fact-checked anti-Semites and self loathing Jews.

Here’s video of Fleischer saying, “after September 11th, having been being hit once, how could we take a chance that Saddam Hussein might not strike again?” Unfortunately, chris Matthews, who fancies himself an unstoppable attack dog fails to notice or call out Fleischer for his suggestion that Iraq had anything to do …with 9/11. (Nuance isn’t Chris’s strength)
